Terms of Use
The Customer order to do Artwork and Advertisement in Vietnamese Yellow Pages with acknowledgement terms and conditions as following:
1. Deposit: Before to do Artwork the client shall pay deposit 20% of total price of advertising.
2. Artwork: This is an advertising for discount. It gives you the best possible price, there are restrictions on your ability to change or cancel the Ad. After signed instruction to do Artwork – the money has deposited is non refundable and you can cancel this advertising but penalty of 75% total cost of producing artwork will be apply. Artwork design and copyright remain property of Vietnamese Yellow Pages, the client shall pay 30% of total price of advertising.
3. Changes: You can change artwork before VNYP send the final proof to you, after that VNYP will not responsible of your advertising. If you want to cancel or change the contents of advertising, the new advertising will be apply for the extra cost.
4. Cancellations: The advertising in non-refundable and/ or cancellations are not permitted after final proof consent by customer.
5. The advertising is non-refundable, non transferable or business names change of are not permitted.
6. Payment: Final payment 50% of total price of advertising must be paid after the proof has been accepted within 3 days proof sending.
